Abstract:

In Wuhan, China, a serious acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus was revealed at the end of 2019. Unlike many other health care services that can be delayed to take more care of the patients affected by COVID-19, obstetric patients continue to be a clinical priority. 41 weeks COVID-19 was taken to surgery due to positive fetal distraction and mekonyum. Operation was carried out under spinal anesthesia. The Turkish Association of Anesthesiology and Reanimation and the American Association of Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology have published recommendations for Caesar's operations. By allowing the entire team to use personal protective equipment in the operation room, by carrying out the surgical preparation stages in another operation room, by using the negative pressure surgery room, by applying spinal anesthesia to the patient and by allowing the patient to wear the surgical mask, we performed the COVID-19 patient's intestinal anesthesia. So we tried to reduce the risk of infection.
