Abstract:

From the industrial revolution to today, digitalization, as a changing virtual technological climate, affects many areas of life. The digital environments, which are easy to access and free to interaction, with their impact on the individual level, spread to the social level, make technology short-term and long-term acceptable. With the size that affects daily life, technology adds many new concepts to our lives. In the new technological order interpreted by digital extensions, social and mass transformations take place through new digital concepts. These concepts lead to the "technology" as a technological tool, not just in the defining dimension, but also in the digital technology dimension, and lead to the addition of new concepts for technology, application and use, as well as for literature users. Through these concepts, the social and cultural effects of technology are measured and evaluated, and technology thus opens many new windows for users in an impressive dimension, while also evaluates the new digital individuals that adapt to the digital world with updated definitions. Those who master the use of technology will be defined as digital indigenous people, those who later know the technology digital immigrants, and those who use the technology with caution will be defined as digital wise people.
