İslâm dini temizliğe büyük bir önem vermiş ve onu fıtratın gereği saymıştır. Bu bağlamda beden, elbise ve çevre temizliği konusunda bazı temel ilke ve kurallar belirlemiş, bunlara uyulması gerektiğini bildirmiştir. Bu çalışmamızda beden temizliği ile alakalı ‘Beş şey fıtrattandır’ rivâyetinin isnâd ve metin açısından analizi yapılacaktır. Beden temizliğinin insanoğlunun aslî, yani fıtrî bir özelliği olduğunu belirten ve bu konuda bazı kurallar koyan rivâyet, klasik hadis kaynaklarının çoğunda yer almıştır. Hadis iki farklı metin öbeğiyle merfû‘ ve mevkûf olarak iki şekilde nakledilmiştir. Söz konusu hadis ilk üç tabakada Zührî’ye kadar tek râvi tarafından nakledilmiş Zührî sonrası ise râvî sayısı artmıştır. Araştırmada birçok tariki olan rivâyetin önce isnâd analizi ardından metin tenkidi yapılmıştır. İsnâd analiziyle hadisin Hz. Peygamber’e (as) aidiyeti ve râvîlerin güvenilirlik açısından durumunun beyanı amaçlanmış, metin tenkidiyle de tarikler arasında çelişkilerin olup olmadığı ve hadisin lafızla mı yoksa mana ile mi rivâyet edildiği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca fıkıh âlimlerinin bu rivâyet hakkındaki yaklaşımlarına kısaca değinilmiştir.
The religion of Islam attaches great importance to cleanliness and regards it as a necessity of nature. In this context, determined some basic principles and rules on body, dress and environmental cleaning and stated that they should be followed. In this study, the 'five things are from nature' narration related to body cleaning will be analyzed in terms of isnād and text. The narration stating that body cleanliness is an essential, that is, an innate feature of human beings and laying down some rules on this issue, took place in most of the classical ḥadīth sources. The ḥadīth was transmitted in two different ways as marfūʿ and mawqūf with two different texts. The ḥadīth in question was transmitted by a single narrator until al-Zuhrī in the first three layers, and the number of narrators increased after al-Zuhrī. In the research, the ḥadīth, which has many transmission channels, was first isnād analyzed and then the text was criticized. With the analysis of isnād, the your ḥadīth whether it belongs to the Prophet (pbuh) and it is aimed to state the situation of the narrators in terms of reliability. The text criticism, it has been tried to determine whether there are contradictions between the ṭarīqs and whether the ḥadīth is literally or with in meaning. In addition, the approaches of fiqh scholars to this point of transmission are briefly mentioned.
