Behçet’s Disease, defined by Hulusi Behçet in 1937 is a systemic vasculitis characterized by repetitive oral and genital ulcers and eye symptoms in addition to musculoskeletal, neurological and gastrointestinal involvements. It is a special disease in terms of anesthesia choice due to organ involvement and the adverse effects of the related medications. In this case report we discussed the method of anesthesia application in a Behçet’s disease patient who was scheduled for a total knee prothesis.
