Cancer is one of the major public health problems in Turkey, as well as in the world. Approximately 90% of oral cancers are squamotic cell carcinoma (SHK) that comes from multi-layer flat epithelium. Some of the ethological factors can be classified as simple smoking, alcohol use, human papilloma virus (HPV) and chronic injury caused by curcuma, curcuma and trauma. The combination of many factors increases the risk of SHK formation. Therefore, it is necessary to be cautious in the diagnosis and diagnosis of oral injury. Dentists should be able to detect and diagnose oral cancer during routine oral examination. In the presentation of this phenomenon, 77 years old, full-dental, the female patient's lower neck on the right side of the mucosa where the implant-on-proteine is swallowed for 8-9 months not healed mouth is considered to be a traumatic ulcer associated with the prostate, although it has not healed, the possibility of oral cancer has not been taken into account and a SHK phenomenon has been presented which has been lost time in the diagnosis process. Early diagnosis of oral cancer is very important for survival. Dentists should evaluate the patient from the point of view of malignity in the presence of injury that is not healed within two weeks and make the necessary guidance.
