In this study innovation and relations with religious services, different variables that affect innovation and individual innovation features of religious officials and religious services relationships are examined. The study consists of two parts, namely theoretical and empirical. Information about the religious services and innovation has been achieved with documentation, methods and techniques in the theoretical section. In the empirical part of this study, its aim is also try to determine the individual characteristics of innovation of religious officials, the screening model has been used. The study group, in June 2015 joined the staff meeting in Kütahya mufti office constitute 287 religious officials. To collect data adapted into Turkish by Kılıçer and Odabaş (2010) “Individual Innovation Scale” was used. For the meaningfulness of differences, independent samples t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used, the source for the difference sidak was used. The survey results showed that the level of innovativeness of individual religious officials “High” level and the “Early Adopters” category. It has been found that there is a significant difference between individual characteristics of religious officials and gender, age, education level, job titles and place of duty variables. The findings obtained in the study, Koran courses in the city center that acts as a tutorial, graduate degree from a higher level of women ages 40-49 showed that religious officials have individual innovation features.
