Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu’nda (SHMYO) okuyan öğrencilerinin klinik uygulamalarda karşılaştıkları güçlüklerin belirlenmesi amacıyla planlanmıştır. Tanımlayıcı türde planlanan bu araştırma; 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim döneminde Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi, SHMYO’da öğrenim gören ve mezuniyet aşamasında olan öğrenciler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Veri toplamak amacı ile literatürden yararlanılarak, amacına uygun bir anket formu hazırlanmıştır. Bu anket formu öğrencilere tarafından doldurularak veriler elde edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin %71.2 oranında seçtikleri programdan memnun oldukları bulunmuştur. En çok sağlık personeli ile güçlük yaşadıkları (%42.4) görülmüştür. Öğrencilerinin yaptıkları uygulamaların etkinliğine ilişkin verdikleri geribildirimler genel olarak olumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Öğrencilerin uygulamalar sırasında orta düzeyde güçlüklerle karşılaştıkları belirlenmiştir.
This study was intended to determine the difficulties that students who studied at a Vocational School of Health Services (VSHS) encountered during the clinical practices. This descriptive study was conducted with senior-year students who studied at the VSHS of 9 September University during the academic year 2018-2019 and were at the graduation stage. Previous studies were reviewed to collect data and an appropriate survey form was prepared. The data were obtained using this survey form, which was completed by the students. The survey results showed that 71.2% of the students were pleased with the program they had selected. They had the most difficulty (42.4%) dealing with health care staff. The students generally gave positive feedback on the effectiveness of the practices they performed. The students encountered medium-level difficulty during clinical practice.
