Abstract:

Today, due to the increased environmental sensitivity of people, entrepreneurs have also begun to take into account the environmental element when producing goods and services. This has begun with a direction from entrepreneurship to ecogiracy. The concept of eco-entrepreneurship arising from the combination of entrepreneurship and ecology concepts is used in the sense of reducing the negative effects on the environment of these activities they have done while performing their activities. For this purpose, the work was included in the literature related to ecogirmatism. The impact of environmental awareness, environmental sensitivity and the strong structure of ecogiracy on the ecogiracy direction has also been studied. In this direction, data were collected using the survey technique from 235 students who studied at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, Düziçi Professional High School. The obtained data were tested by factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis, independent sampling t-test and one-way variance (ANOVA) analysis, research hypotheses. The results of the analysis have found that the strong structure of environmental awareness, environmental sensitivity and ecogirmatism has a significant impact on the direction of ecogirmatism.
