Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’de Dergipark’ta yayınlanan sağlık sektöründe maliyet alanında yapılan makalelerin incelenmesidir. 2011-2018 yılları arasında yayınlanmış makaleler bibliyometrik analiz yapılarak incelenmiştir. Analiz çerçevesinde 5625 yayın arasından 113 tanesinin sağlık sektöründe maliyet alanında yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen 113 makale yazar sayıları, sayfa sayıları, yıllara göre dağılımları, dergilere göre dağılımları, illere göre dağılımları, anahtar kelimeleri, atıf sayıları, yazarların kurumlara göre dağılımı, unvan sayıları, yayınlandığı bölgelere göre ve maliyet yönetim yaklaşımlarına göre dağılımları bibliyometrik yöntemle analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, çalışmaların büyük çoğunluğunun hastanelerde yapıldığı görülmektedir. Veri seti olarak, hasta ve personel bilgilerinden, hastanenin direkt ve endirekt giderlerinden yararlanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Genellikle nicel yöntemler kullanılarak yapılan çalışmaların, %59,8’inin İç Anadolu ve Marmara Bölgesi’nde yapıldığı, %30,9’unun ise Ankara ve İstanbul illerinde yapıldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmanın hem hastane yöneticilerine hem de bu alanda yapılacak çalışmalara önemli katkılar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
The purpose of this study is to study articles in the cost field in the health sector published in the Journal of Turkey. Articles published between 2011 and 2018 were studied by bibliometric analysis. In the framework of the analysis, 113 of the 5625 publications were found in the cost field in the health sector. 113 articles identified; authors numbers, pages numbers, distribution by years, distribution by magazines, distribution by years, keywords, reference numbers, distribution by institutions of authors, title numbers, distribution by areas in which they were published and cost management approaches were analyzed by bibliometric method. As a result, the majority of the studies are shown to be performed in hospitals. As a set of data, the patient’s and staff’s information, the hospital’s direct and indirect expenditure, has been found to be used. Often, the study using quantitative methods resulted in that 59.8% were conducted in the Inner Anadolu and Marmara Region, while 30.9% were conducted in the provinces of Ankara and Istanbul. It is believed that the work will contribute significantly to both the hospital managers and the work that will be done in this area.
The aim of the study is to examine those articles published in Dergipark on cost in the health sector in Turkey. The articles that were published between the years 2011 and 2018 are examined through bibliometric analysis. Within the framework of the analysis, it is determined that 113 publications out of 5625 are made in the field of cost in the health sector. The distribution of these 113 articles is analysed with bibliometric method according to the number of authors, the number of pages, the distribution by years, the distribution by journals, the distribution by province, keywords, the number of citations, the distribution of authors by institutions, the number of titles, the distribution by region of distribution and cost management approaches. Consequently, it is found that most of the studies are made in hospitals. As data set it is determined that patient and personnel information, direct and indirect costs of the hospital are used. It is concluded that 59.8% of the studies, which are generally carried out using quantitative methods, are carried out in Central Anatolia and Marmara Region and 30.9% are conducted in Ankara and İstanbul. It is thought that the study would contribute both to hospital managers and to the studies to be carried out in the field.
