Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine teachers’ perceptions of the leadership skills of the twenty-first century through metaphors. The study consists of 180 teachers working in primary, secondary and secondary schools. In order to collect data, the participant’s semi-configured interview form “the educational leadership skills of our school manager are similar, because....”“They are asked to complete their statement. In data analysis, the content analysis technique has been used.
