Özet:

Purpose: Today, laparoscopic adrenalectomy is a gold standard technique for suitable patients with a mass in the adrenal glands. In this study, we aimed at evaluating the postoperative results of patients with laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Method: 76 patients operated between January 2014 and October 2019 were evaluated as retrospective. These patients received laparoscopic transabdominal adrenalectomy. Demographic information, preoperative indications, intraoperative and postoperative complications, mortality and hospitalization periods were assessed. Results: 76 patients with an average age of 47.2±11.7 (22-71) (30 men, 46 women) received laparoscopic adrenalectomy. The masses were 39 in the right and 33 in the left. Three patients had bilateral adrenal cortical hyperplasia. The patient was operated due to paraganglioma. The return to the open surgery occurred in 4 patients (5.26%). In 9 patients (11.8 percent), intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed. During and after the operation, complications were in the form of wave bleeding (2 cases), kidney upper polden bleeding (1 cases), kidney artery injury (1 cases), hepatic parankemia injury (2 cases), wave and pancreas ischemic (1 cases), thin intestinal injury (1 cases), insisial herni (1 cases).Complications were followed in proportions that were acceptable and compatible with other studies in literature. The result: Laparoscopic adrenalectomy can be safely applied in appropriate patients with low open surgery return rates and acceptable complication rates. (SETB-2019-12-148)
