Abstract:

The objective of this study is to investigate the comfort characteristics of the use of supermelting fabric made of different natural fiber in different mixture rates as interior clothing. For this purpose, 100% cotton open-end wire has been produced for use in different mixing rates (45/55, 30/70, 15/85) for comparison with wire/cotton and silk/cotton mixed wire. The produced wire is brought into the fabric shape in the supreme wire structure, undergoed the hydrophilation process and the water absorption characteristics and vertical moisture times of the fabric with the heat comfort characteristics such as air permeability, heat resistance, heat cooling, water steam permeability have been studied. The study found that as the rate of wheat fiber in the fabric increases, the isolation properties improve, while the silk-mixed fabric is suitable for intense activity conditions where sweating is intense with high water vapor tolerance, heat coolness and water absorption properties.
