Abstract:

The concept of corporation, which includes the ways, methods and rules to be followed in order to perform the business functions properly, has been discussed in this study which steps the forest products operating in the Indo-Anadolu region must take in the way of corporation and the level of corporation of the enterprises. The study included 381 surveys from forest products and furniture industry enterprises with 10 or more employees in the area identified as the universe. The survey used as a tool for obtaining data in the framework of the study was created from 11 questions and 43 judgments. The study has determined that should make improvements in the management organization on the way of corporationalization and adopt the participating management understanding. It has been determined that should make strategic planning to raise their corporate level, focus on standardization in management functions and professionalization.
