Target: 21 patients who previously received radiotherapy due to spinal or paraspinal metastases between 2009 and 2011 were re-treated with stereo-tactic radiotherapy (SRS) and evaluated as retrospective. Methods: All patients had previously received conventional fractional external radiotherapy from the same area. The SRS average dose was 14 Gy and the average number of fractions was 2. The patient’s average age was 53. Patients were followed for eight months. The average survival period for all patients was 11.7 months. In the first assessment in the 2nd month after SRS, 6 (28.6%) patients received partial response; 14 (66.7%) patients were stable and 1 (4.8%) patients were progressive. At the end of the follow-up period, local progression developed in 4 (19%) patients in the 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 11th months. A patient after SRS 8. Minimum paresthesia in the lower extremity developed per month. Consequently, SRS is a treatment option that can be applied with acceptable toxicity results in patients who have previously received spinal radiotherapy.
