Ad ve ad verme geleneği kadim bir gelenek olup insanın ve onun üretimine bağlı gelişmiş olan şeylerin içerisinde bu gelenek ile ilgili bir takım desenlere bulunmaktadır. Çünkü insan tabii varlığının doğası gereği çevresini anlamlandırmaya çalışan ve bu anlamlandırmalarının neticesinde de çeşitli tanımlamamalarda bulunan bir varlıktır. Toplumların tarihi bilgilerinin aktarımında da önemli bir yere sahip olabilecek yer adları kolektif hafızanın bir ürünü olarak meydana gelmiştir. Araştırmamız disiplinler arası bir çalışma olarak Ad Bilimi ve Halkbilimi’ni içerisinde barındırmaktadır. Çalışmada Sakarya ili, ilçe ve köy (mahalle) yerleşimlerinin yer adı kaynağı, kaynak kişilerden elde edilen veriler bulunmaktadır. Çalışma yüksek lisans bitirme tezinde derlenen metinlerden ortaya koyulmuştur. Tez, yerleşim alanlarının muhtarı ile yapılmış olan görüşmelerden elde edilen bilgilerin derlenip yazıya geçirilmesi, analizi ile oluşturulmuştur. İle bağlı olan 16 ilçe ve ilçelere bağlı 667 köyün (mahalle) yer adı örneklemi bulunmaktadır. Bu bağlamda tez içerisinde işlemeye uygun olan 470 adet yer adı kaynak mevcuttur. Araştırma aşamasında tez üç bölümde incelenecektir. Birinci bölümde il hakkında kitabî bilgiler olacaktır. İkinci bölümde ad verme geleneğine bağlı olan temel bilgiler bulunacaktır. Üçüncü bölüm içerisinde yer adlarının veri ve analizlerine yer verilecektir. Bu makalede, tasnif çalışması ile birlikte her maddeye bir örnek verilerek derlenmiş malzemenin analizine yer verilmiştir.
The tradition of giving ad and ad is an ancient tradition, and among the things that are developed in connection with the human and its production there are a set of patterns related to this tradition. For the human being is, of course, a being seeking to understand its surroundings by nature of its existence and, as a result of this understanding, is also in various definitions. In the transmission of the historical information of the communities, the place names that may also have an important place have formed as a product of collective memory. Our research is an interdisciplinary study within Ad Science and People's Science. In the study of the Sakarya village, district and village settlements, the source of the data obtained from the people of the source. The study was presented from the texts compiled in the master's thesis. The thesis is created by the analysis of the information obtained from the conversations that were made with the master of the settlements. There are 16 districts and districts related to 667 villages ( neighborhoods) with a sample name. In this context, there are 470 land names that are suitable for processing in the thesis. During the research phase, the thesis will be examined in three sections. In the first part there will be information about the book. The second section will contain the basic information related to the traditions of admitting. The third section will include the data and analysis of the land names. In this article, the analysis of the compilated material is included with a sample of each material along with the work of scanning.
