Abstract:

This study examines the impact on the structure behavior of the underground wheels placed on 1, 2, 3 and 4 fronts respectively on the underground floors of buildings and the absence of any underground wheels. The four different types of carrier systems provided by the Turkish Building Earthquake Regulation (TBDY-2018) for a 13-storey concrete housing building that is addressed for this purpose are based. A total of twenty models have been prepared for four different types of carrier system, including two carrier-carrier carrier systems with salt frame, salt curtain and low and high curtain ratio, and five different underground curtain settlement conditions. The behavioral differences between the models are assessed by parameters such as equal earthquake forces, construction periods and earthquake movements for construction rigidity, unregularity, damage conditions, radiation design and cost. Created by placing the curtains on four fronts, the riit underground floor has been observed in all types of carrier systems that increase the amount of damage on the critical floor. For all models, the minimum damage in critical floors was seen in models with no underground curtain. The highest basic cost in all models is achieved for underground underground models while the lowest basic cost is achieved for models with underground roofs from 4 fronts. The total crude construction costs resulting from the combination of the basic and superstructure costs have given quite close results in all models.
