Post modern çağını yaşadığımız dönemde uluslararası kamuoyu dengeleri devletlerin dış politikalarıyla şekillenmektedir. Kamu diplomasisi, devletler için kriz öncesi ve sonrası kurtuluş reçetesidir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin İsrail Devletiyle arasındaki Mavi Marmara krizi bu sebeple önemlidir. Çalışmada Mavi Marmara saldırısı sonrası süreçte Türkiye’nin kamu diplomasisi faaliyetlerinin etkisinin ölçülmesi amacıyla kamu diplomasisi ile ilgili benzer sosyoekonomik statüye sahip ve sosyal hassasiyetleri belirlenen 1200 kişiden örneklem olarak 100 kişiye anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışma araştırma ile desteklenmiştir. Çalışma alanı Twitter olarak belirlenmiş ve anket 100 kişi katılımcı üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarında Mavi Marmara saldırısından sonra Türk dış ilişkilerinin kamu diplomasisi faaliyetlerinin iletişim açısından etkili olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
In the post-modern era, international public balances are shaped by the foreign policies of the states. Public diplomacy is a prescription for government liberation before and after the crisis. The Blue Marmara crisis between the Republic of Turkey and the State of Israel is therefore important. In the study after the Mavi Marmara attack in the process of measuring the influence of the public diplomacy activities of Turkey in order to measure the socio-economic status related to public diplomacy and social sensitivities determined by 1,200 people, the survey was applied to 100 people as a sample. The work is supported by research. The study area was identified as Twitter and the survey was carried out on 100 participants. Research results have found that after the Mavi Marmara attack, the public diplomacy activities of Turkish foreign relations have not been effective in terms of communication.
