In this study, it was tried to determine the relationship between the book reading attitudes and critical reading self-efficacy perceptions of pre-service teachers who were studying in Manisa Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Education, Department of Primary Education Classroom Teaching and Primary Education Turkish Education Department in the 2018-2019 academic year. The research is a relational survey, one of the general survey models. The study group of the study consists of 415 teacher candidates studying in Manisa Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Education, Classroom Teaching and Turkish Language Teaching departments in the 2018-2019 academic year. In the study, "Attitude towards Reading Scale" and "Critical Reading Self-Efficacy Scale" were used. The data obtained are Spss. It has been analyzed and interpreted with 22 programs. In this study, the relationship between pre-service teachers' book reading attitudes and critical reading dispositions was examined in terms of age, gender, region of residence, and the department they studied.
