Bu araştırmada, ortaokul ve lise öğrencilerinin öğretmenlere yönelik güven algılarını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında Diyarbakır ili merkez ilçelerindeki okullarda öğrenim gören 185 ortaokul, 176 lise öğrencisi olmak üzere toplam 361 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak açık uçlu soru formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Ortaokul ve lise öğrencilerinin görüşlerini yansıtmak amacıyla doğrudan alıntılara yer verilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, ortaokul öğrencileri güvenilir bir öğretmende bulunması gereken nitelikler olarak toplam 33 farklı özellik belirtmişlerdir. Ortaokul öğrencilerine göre öne çıkan nitelikler sırasıyla öğretmenlerin öğrencilerine şiddet uygulamaması, mesleki yeterliklerinin olması, öğrencilerine adil davranması, sevgi göstermesi, iyi insan olması, esprili/eğlenceli olması, anlayışlı/hoşgörülü ve güler yüzlü/samimi olmasıdır. Lise öğrencileri güvenilir bir öğretmende bulunması gereken nitelikler olarak toplam 41 farklı özellik belirtmişlerdir. Lise öğrencilerine göre öne çıkan nitelikler ise sırasıyla öğretmenlerin öğrencilerine karşı güler yüzlü/samimi olması, öğrencilerine anlayışlı/hoşgörülü davranması, şiddet uygulamaması, mesleki yeterliklerinin olması, adil davranması, öğrencilerle iletişiminin iyi olması, yardımsever olması, öğrencilerine zaman ayırması ve dürüst olmasıdır.
This study aims to determine the perceptions of high school and high school students of trust in teachers. The study’s work group consists of a total of 361 students, including 185 high school, 176 high school students, who studied in the schools in the Diyarbakır districts in the 2017-2018 educational year. In the research, the open end question form was used as a data collection tool. Imaginary analysis has been used for the analysis of the data obtained from the research. It is provided with direct quotes to reflect the opinions of high school and high school students. According to the findings obtained in the study, high school students have identified a total of 33 different characteristics as the qualities they need to be in a reliable teacher. According to high school students, the high-level qualities are, respectively, that teachers do not use violence to their students, that they have professional qualifications, that they treat their students fairly, that they show love, that they are good people, that they are funny, that they are understandable, that they are tolerant, that they are laughing and that they are laughing. High school students have listed a total of 41 different characteristics as the qualifications they need to be in a reliable teacher. According to high school students, the high-level qualities are, respectively, that the teachers are laughing face-to-face/righteous to their students, that they are understandable/tolerant to their students, that they do not use violence, that they have professional qualifications, that they behave fairly, that they are good in communication with the students, that they are helpful, that they spend time with the students and that they are honest.
It was aimed to determine the confidence perceptions of secondary and high school students towards teachers in this study. The study group of the research consists of total of 361 students, 185 of whom studied at secondary school and 176 of whom studied at high school, in the central districts of Diyarbakır during the 2017-2018 academic years. The open-ended questionnaire was used as data collection tool in the research. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data obtained from the research. Direct quotations were included to study for reflecting the views of the secondary and high school students. According to the findings of the study, secondary school students stated a total of 33 different characteristics as qualifications which should be found in a reliable teacher. The qualifications that stand out according to secondary school students are that the teachers should not apply violence to their students, have professional competencies, be fair towards their students, show affection, be good people, be humorous / funny, be understanding / tolerant and good-humored/sincere, respectively. High school students stated a total of 41 different characteristics as qualifications which should be found in a reliable teacher. The qualifications that stand out according to high school students are that the teachers should be good-humored / sincere towards their students, behave understanding/tolerant to their students, not apply violence, have professional competencies, behave fairly, have good communication with students, be helpful, have time for their students and be honest, respectively.
