Göğüs kanseri dünyada kadınlar arasında en sık karşılaşılan kanserlerden birisidir. Hastalık erken teşhis edilmediğinde ölüme yol açabilmektedir. Göğüs kanseri tümörünün doğru bir şekilde sınıflandırılması tıbbi alanda zorlu bir problemdir. Bu çalışmada, iğne aspirasyon tekniği kullanılarak biyopsi parçasından çıkartılmış metrik verileri içeren Breast Cancer Wisconsin (Diagnostic) veri seti kullanılarak kanser veya kanser değil ikili sınıflandırılması gerçekleştirilmektedir. Sınıflandırma işlemi için sinir ağları mimarisi ve keras derin öğrenme kütüphanesi araçlarından yararlanılır. Uygulama sonuçları sınıflandırma başarımının % 98 civarında olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışmada hassasiyet, kesinlik, f1-skoru ve karmaşıklık matrisi gibi performans ölçümlerine ait sonuçlar da verilerek yöntemin başarısı desteklenmiştir.
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women in the world. If the disease is not diagnosed early, it can lead to death. The proper classification of breast cancer tumors is a difficult problem in the medical field. In this study, it is conducted by the use of Breast Cancer Wisconsin (Diagnostic) data set, which contains metric data extracted from the biopsy by using the injection aspiration technique, and not by cancer or cancer by binary classification. The classification process is used by the architecture of the nerve networks and the hard deep learning library tools. The application results show that the classification success is around 98%. In the study, the results of performance measurements such as precision, accuracy, f1 score and complexity matrix were also given to support the success of the method.
