Covid-19 salgını bireylerin yaşam doyumlarını etkileyen sosyal, ekonomik ve psikolojik sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, pandemi sırasında psikolojik esneklik, öz-şefkat ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkileri araştırmak ve psikolojik esneklik ve öz-şefkatin yaşam doyumuna etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Mevcut çalışmada kolayda örnekleme yöntemi uygulanmış ve 18-55 yaş arası 266 yetişkin (188 kadın ve 78 erkek) örneklemine ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcılar, Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği, Öz-Şefkat Ölçeği Kısa Formu ve Psikolojik Esneklik Ölçeğini doldurmuştur. Sonuçlar, öz-şefkatin, değer ve değerler doğrultusunda davranış, farkındalık, ayrışma ve bağlam olarak kendilik alt ölçekleri dahil olmak üzere psikolojik esneklik ile anlamlı bir ilişkisi olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Çoklu regresyon analizi, psikolojik esnekliğin ve öz-şefkatin yaşam doyumu varyansının %14,7'sini yordadığını göstermiştir. Sonuçlar, salgın sırasında psikolojik esneklik, öz-şefkat ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkiyi desteklemektedir. Salgın sürecinde yaşam doyumunun ve psikolojik iyi oluşun artması için bireylerin esnekliklerini artırmayı ve öz-şefkatilerini göz ardı etmemesi gerekmektedir.
The Covid-19 epidemic leads to social, economic and psychological problems that affect the satisfaction of individuals. The aim of this study is to explore the relationships between psychological flexibility, self-satisfaction and life satisfaction during the pandemic and to reveal the impact of psychological flexibility and self-satisfaction on life satisfaction. The current study has easily applied the sampling method and reached the sampling of 266 adults (188 women and 78 men) aged 18-55. The participants filled the Life Doyum Scale, the Short Form of Self-Listening Scale and the Psychological Flexibility Scale. The results showed that self-signature has a meaningful relationship with psychological flexibility, including the sub-scale of self-consciousness, consciousness, separation and context in terms of behavior, values and values. Multiple regression analysis showed that psychological flexibility and self-satisfaction consume 14.7% of the life-satisfaction variation. The results support the relationship between psychological flexibility, self-satisfaction and life satisfaction during the epidemic. In the inflammatory process, it is necessary to increase the flexibility of individuals and not to ignore their self-satisfaction in order to increase the satisfaction of life and psychological well-being.
