FLEXIVE BRONCOSCOPE (EB) is a tool used in the benefit of patients with respiratory problems in the newborn intensive care unit (YYBU). Method and Requirements: between July 2014 and July 2020, all patients in the YYBU and with EB were taken to study. Demographic and clinical characteristics, EB indications, EB procedure data, EB findings, EB complications and the contribution of EB to the patient's management were evaluated. 48 patients were diagnosed with EB. 22 of them (45.8 percent) were men. The average age is 44 days (26.2-59.7). The most common indications for EB were 50% of patients with extubation failure and 33% of patients with aviation disease. With bronchoscopic reviews, at least one abnormality was detected in 46 patients (95.8 percent). Thirty and one (85 percent). 4) the patient was washed broncoalveols. EB contributed to the management of the patient in 46 patients (93.8 percent). 16 of the 48 patients (33.3%) were diagnosed with bronchoscopy, while 23 (48%) were diagnosed with medical treatments. Seven patients (14.6 percent) were successfully therapeutic washed. 28 of the patients (58.3) were subjected to surgery.
