Bir Devlet Hastanesi Acil Servisine Başvuran Travma Olgularının Analizi

Amaç: Travma tüm dünyada morbidite ve mortalite nedenleri arasında ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı bir devlet hastanesi acil servisine başvuran olguların travma tiplerini ve nedenlerini belirlemekti. Yöntemler: Geriye dönük tanımlayıcı bu çalışmada travma nedeniyle bir yıl içerisinde acil servise başvuran erişkin hastalar değerlendirildi. Analizler için ki-kare testi uygulandı. Bulgular: Acil servise travma nedeniyle başvuran 12.078 kişinin yaş ortalaması 37,7±15,9 (18-98) olup, %66,7’si erkekti. Olguların %40’ı 18-29 yaş grubundaydı. Hastaların yaklaşık %50’si 17:00-24:00 saatleri arasında başvurmuştu. Travma en fazla Temmuz, en az Şubat ayında gerçekleşmişti. En sık görülen travma türü; ezilme, kırık ve çıkık (%29) idi.  Yaralanmaların %63,9’u üst ekstremitelerde bulunmaktaydı. Trafik kazaları, kesici veya delici aletle ve darbe ile oluşan travmalar erkeklerde anlamlı olarak daha fazlaydı. Hastaların %93’ü acil servisten taburcu edilirken, %3,6’sı hastane içinde başka bir servise yatırılarak izlendi. Sonuç: Travma olguları acil servise başvuranların önemli bir kısmını (%5,9) oluşturmaktadır. Genç erişkin hastalarda travma oranı daha yüksektir.

Analysis of trauma cases applying for a state hospital emergency service

Scope: Trauma is ranked first among the causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The aim of the study was to identify the types and causes of trauma of the incidents that apply to a state hospital emergency service. Methods: Back-to-back identifier in this study assessed adult patients seeking emergency service within a year due to trauma. The test was conducted for the analysis. Results: The average age of 12.078 people applying for emergency service due to trauma is 37.7±15.9 (18-98) and 66.7% are men. 40% of the cases were in the age group of 18-29 years. Approximately 50% of the patients were applied between 17:00 and 24:00. The most trauma occurred in July, at least in February. The most common type of trauma was suppressed, broken and exhausted (29%). 63.9% of the injuries were found in the upper limbs. The result: Trauma incidents account for a significant proportion of those who apply for emergency service (5.9%). In young adults, the rate of trauma is higher.
