İran siyasi tarihinde önemli bir yer tutan Türk topluluklarından biri olan Kaşkaylar hakkında bilgilerimiz yeterli değildir. Kaşkaylar, Türkiye’de adını doksanlı yıllardan sonra duyurmaya başlamıştır. Türk kültürünün eskicil öğelerini en iyi şekilde koruyan Türk topluluklarından birisidir. Son yıllarda gerek Kaşkayların gayretleri ve gerekse Türkiye’de bu konuda yapılan akademik çalışmalar, Kaşkay Türklerinin ve Kaşkay dilinin tanınmasına önemli katkı sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmalardan biri, Kaşkay Türkçesi Grameri adlı eserdir. Bu eser, bugüne kadar yayımlanmış Kaşkay Türkçesi metinlerini de kapsayacak biçimde hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada Kaşkay Türkçesi Grameri adlı eserin tanıtımı yapılacaktır.
We have not enough information about the Kashkays, one of the Turkish communities that holds an important place in the political history of Iran. The Kashkays began to announce their name in Turkey after nine hundred years. It is one of the Turkish communities that best preserves the ancient elements of Turkish culture. In recent years, the efforts of the Kaşkay and, if necessary, the academic studies in Turkey on this issue have made a significant contribution to the recognition of the Kaşkay Turkish and the Kaşkay language. One of these works is the work called Kaşkay Turkish Grameri. This work has been prepared in a way that will cover the Turkish Kaşkay texts published so far. In this work, we will promote the work of the Turkish Grammar of Kaşkay.
Our information about the Qashqais, one of the Turkic communities that have an important place in Iranian political history, isn’t enough. Qashqais have begun to announce their name in Turkey after the nineties. It is one of the Turkic communities that preserves the archaic elements of Turkic culture in best way. In recent years, efforts of the Qashqai and academic studies on this subject in Turkey made an important contribution to the recognition of Qashqai Turks and their languages. One of these studies is the book called as "Kaşkay Türkçesi Grameri". This book was prepared in a way to include the published texts in Qashqai Turkic until today. In this paper, the book called as "Kaşkay Türkçesi Grameri" will be introduced.
