Bu araştırmada tedarik zinciri entegrasyonu alt boyutlarının firma performansına etkileri ve tedarik zinciri performansının bu etkideki aracılık rolü, Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi (YEM) kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Araştırma kullanılacak veriler anket yöntemiyle elde edilmiş ve bu kapsamda hazırlanan yapılandırılmış ölçek uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini Gaziantep Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde (OSB) yer alan 405 firma oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, çalışma kapsamında oluşturulan hipotezlerin tamamının desteklendiği tespit edilmiştir. Tedarik zinciri entegrasyonun alt boyutları olan iç entegrasyon, tedarikçi entegrasyonu ve müşteri entegrasyonunun firma performansına olumlu etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca tedarik zinciri performansının tespit edilen bu etkide aracılık rolü olduğu da gözlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında sonuçlar değerlendirilerek çalışma kapsamında önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this research, the effects of supply chain integration sub-dimensions on firm performance and the mediating role of supply chain performance in this effect were investigated and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Among the research methods, the survey method was preferred, and the survey scale prepared in this context was applied. The sample of the study consists of 405 companies located in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ). According to the findings of the study, it was determined that all of the hypotheses formed within the scope of the study were supported. It has been determined that internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration, which are the sub-dimensions of supply chain integration, have all positive effects on company performance. It has also been observed that supply chain performance has a mediating role in this determined effect. In the light of the findings obtained, the results were evaluated and suggestions were made within the scope of the study.
