Senaryo planlaması, bilim ve teknoloji alanının faydalarından yararlanmak ve bunanla ilişkili riskleri toplum adına yönetmemize yardımcı olabilir. Senaryo planlaması, öğrenmeyi sağlayan toplumsal, ekonomik ve politik faktörleri öğrenmenin bir yoludur. Senaryo planlama, ekolojik çevrenin durumu ve geleceği ile ilgili çeşitli hipotezlerin gelişimini tanımlayan bir yoldur. Sosyo ekonomik sistemleri etkiler ve böylece yeni teknolojilerin benimsenmesini ve sonradan yayılmasını sağlar. Bilim ve teknoloji alanının sunduğu toplumsal zorluklar, toplumu teknolojik olarak karşı karşıya bırakan genel zorlukların özel bir örneğini oluşturmaktadır. In this article, we focus on the impact of scenario planning on the field of science and technology. The realization of the conscious use of technology, the realization of its positive and negative effects, the place in the life of what new technologies mean from the point of view of society, will be emphasized.
