Abstract:

Untematic Cultural Heritage is used as a concept that covers cultural products and production processes, as it includes traditional architecture, cultural works and material collections. The Non-Thematic Cultural Heritage Convention, which is considered as an important guarantee of sustainable development, was adopted by UNESCO on 17 October 2003. The 2005 Convention on the Non-Thematic Cultural Heritage states that cultural diversity, increasing the diversity of preferences and feeding the values, creates a rich world and, therefore, for societies, is the main factor of sustainable development. Since tourism is a sector that operates depending on natural and cultural resources, it is extremely important to pay attention to the factors related to sustainability. Identification, documentation and sustainability of non-subjective cultural heritage, and in the framework of the work aimed at increasing its visibility by creating awareness; the SOKÜM Values of the Yalvaç District, addressed within the framework of cultural diversity and sustainable development, will be investigated in the context of sustainability and, according to the obtained data, the established cultural values will be preserved and transferred to future generations, and will be presented in the framework of the SOKÜM Values, the cultural diversity and sustainable development, and will be presented in the framework of the SOKÜM Values, the SOKÜM Values, the SOKÜM Values, the SOKÜM Values, the SOKÜM Values, the SOKÜM Values.

Somut Olmayan Kültürel Miras; geleneksel mimari, kültürel eserler ile maddi koleksiyonları içerdiği gibi, kültürel ürünleri ve üretim süreçlerini kapsayan bir kavram olarak kullanılmaktadır. Sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın önemli bir güvencesi olarak göz önünde tutulan, Somut Olmayan Kültürel Miras sözleşmesi, 17 Ekim 2003 tarihinde UNESCO tarafından kabul edilmiştir. Somut Olmayan Kültürel Miras 2005 Sözleşmesi’nde ise; kültürel çeşitliliğin, tercihlerin çeşitliliğini arttırıp değerleri besleyerek zengin bir dünya yarattığının ve bu nedenle toplumlar için, sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın ana etkeni olduğuna yer verilir. Turizm, doğal ve kültürel kaynaklara bağlı olarak faaliyet gösteren bir sektör alanı olduğu için, sürdürülebilirlik ile ilgili faktörlere dikkat edilmesi son derece önemlidir. Somut Olmayan Kültürel mirasının belirlenmesi, belgelenmesi ve sürdürülebilirliğinin sağlanıp, farkındalık yaratarak, görünürlüğünün artırılmasına yönelik çalışmalar çerçevesinde; Yalvaç İlçesi’nin SOKÜM Değerleri, kültürel çeşitlilik ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma kapsamında ele alınarak, sürdürülebilirliğe uygunluğu bağlamında araştırılıp, elde edilen verilere göre, tespit edilen bu Kültürel Değerleri koruyup, gelecek nesillere aktarılması için, sürdürebilirliği sağlamaya yönelik tespit ve önerilere yer verilecektir.
