SUMMARY We need vitamins in relatively small quantities, but without them we could not use the other nutriens we ingest. Vitamins in essential for normal growth and development. Play an essential role in cellular metabolism and the production of energy. The effects of vitamins and minerals on human body and their relations with sport performance was revieved in this study.
