Anahtar Kelimeler: Hafif beton, ısı iletkenliği, dozaj, tane dağılımı Effect of Grading and Cement Contents on The Heat Conductivity Values of Lightweight Concrete ABSTRACT: This research was carried out to determine heat conductivity properties of concrete produced with natural lightweight aggregates in Eastern Anatolian Region, Erzurum-Pasinler province that has economical potential. Aggregate properties were determined using the related standarts of lightweight aggregates. To produce lightweight concrete, lightweight aggregates were used in natural and adjusted grading and in three different cement contents. Unit weight of 28 days and heat conductivity were determined for hardened concrete. The results obtained have shown that concrete produced with lightweight aggregates have low unit weight and heat conductivity, however no significant differences were found between the concrete produced with natural and adjusted grading. Lightweight concrete produced with adjusted grading has shown low heat conductivity values. Key Words: Lightweight concrete, heat conductivity, cement contents, grading
Description: This study was done in order to determine the thermal conductivity characteristics of light concrete produced by aggregate provided by light agrega foam with economic potential in the Eastern Anadolu Region, Erzurum Ili Pasinler district. The light aggregate, which is the subject of the study, has been applied experiments on the relevant standards and the aggregate characteristics have been identified. Three separate doses of light concrete are created using two different granulometers of the known aggregate. In solid concrete, the 28-day unit weight and heat conductivity values are determined. The results showed that light aggregate concrete has lower unit weight and heat conductivity values, and that natural and adjusted granulometric aggregate concrete does not have much difference while adjusted granulometric concrete gives lower heat conductivity values.
