Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin duygusal emek gösterimleri hakkında görüşleri incelenmektedir. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden fenomenolojik modele dayalı olarak yürütülen çalışmada veriler araştımacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Batman il merkezindeki okullarda görev yapan 15 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmenlerle yapılan yüz yüze görüşmelerde elde edilen kayıtlar metin belgesine dönüştürülmüş ve MAXQDA 20 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmenlerin çoğunlukla informal kurallara göre çalıştıkları, ağırlıklı olarak yüzeysel sergileme davranışlar sergiledikleri ve bu davranışı tükenmişlik, yorgunluk, stres gibi olumsuz sağlık sonuçlarıyla ilişkilendirdikleri söylenebilir.
This study examines the opinions of teachers about emotional work demonstrations. In the study based on the phenomenological model of the qualitative research methods, the data was obtained using the semi-configured interview form developed by the researcher. In the 2022-2023 educational year, 15 teachers working in the schools in the center of the province of Batman form a study group. The records obtained in face-to-face conversations with teachers were converted into text document and analyzed using the MAXQDA 20 program. According to the findings from the research, teachers often work according to informal rules, mostly showing superficial exhibition behaviors and associating this behavior with negative health consequences such as fatigue, fatigue, stress.
