Çalışmanın amacı, Bolu’nun termal turizm potansiyelini ortaya çıkartmak ve Bolu’daki termal turizm tesislerinden hizmet alan termal turistlerin memnuniyet düzeylerini belirlemektir. Çalışma, termal turizmde ilerlemeyi ve tesislerin gelişimine katkı sağlayaca-ğı için önem taşımaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında Bolu’ya termal turizm hizmeti almak için gelen 450 termal turizm katılımcısına anket uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, Bolu’daki termal turizm potansiyelinin fazla olduğu ancak turistlerin aldıkları hizmetin geliştirilmesi gerektiği tespit edilmiştir. Turistler, Bolu’nun termal tesislerinden aldıkları hizmet konusunda güven boyutunda yüksek bir memnuniyete sahipken tesislerin fiziksel donanımları boyutunda memnuniyetlerinin düşük olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır
The aim of the study is to reveal the thermal tourism potential of Bolu and to determine the levels of satisfaction of thermal tourists serving from thermal tourism facilities in Bolu. The study is of importance for the progress in thermal tourism and to contribute to the development of facilities. The survey was conducted to 450 thermal tourism participants who came to Bolu to get thermal tourism services. The results of the analysis have found that the potential for thermal tourism in Bolu is excessive but the service that tourists receive needs to be improved. Tourists have a high satisfaction in the size of confidence in the service they get from the thermal facilities of Bolu, while the facilities have a low satisfaction in the size of physical equipment.
