Mardin ve Diyarbakır’da Yer Alan Restoranlara Yönelik Müşteri Şikayetlerinin İncelenmesi: Tripadvisor Örneği

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, turistik destinasyon niteliği taşıyan Mardin ve Diyarbakır’da faaliyet gösteren yiyecek içecek işletmelerine yönelik yapılan çevrimiçi şikayetlerin incelenmesidir. Bu çerçevede Mardin ve Diyarbakır’da hizmet veren yiyecek içecek işletmelerini ziyaret eden misafirlerin olumsuz deneyimleri sonucunda ortaya çıkan şikâyet unsurları içerik ve betimsel analiz tekniği ile belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturan toplam 1424 olumsuz yorum incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre Mardin ve Diyarbakır’daki yiyecek içecek işletmelerine yapılan şikayetlerin atmosfer, gıda, servis ve diğer şikayetler olmak üzere dört farklı kategoride ele alınmıştır. Genel olarak her iki destinasyonda da lezzet, fiyat, kötü servis ve hijyen unsurlarının en fazla şikâyet edilen konular olduğu saptanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda uygulayıcılara yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to investigate the online negative review stowards food and beverage businesses in Mardin and Diyarbakır destinations. In this context, the complaint elements that reveal as a result of the negative experiences of the guests visiting the food and beverage business serving in Mardin and Diyarbakır were tried to be determined A total of 1424 negative reviews that consist of the sample of the study were examined through content and descriptive analysis technique According to the findings of the study, it was determined that complaints made to food and beverage business in Mardin and Diyarbakır destinations were addressed in four different categories as atmosphere, food, service, and other complaints. In general, taste, price, bad service, and hygiene factors were the most complained issues in both destinations. At the end of the study, suggestions for tourism practitioners were discussed.
