In this study, the endemic plants of Karınca Mountain (Pozantı-Adana) and their IUCN Red List of Threatened Categories were investigated. As a result of the identifications of vascular plant specimens were collected from the study area which is located from the B6 - Adana Section in the Mediterranean Region, between 2018- 2020, and 35 endemic taxa belonging to 15 families and 28 genera were determined. Among them 15 are Irano-Turanian, 10 are Eastern Mediterranean, 3 are Mediterranean, one is Euxine element. The number of taxa with multi-regional or unknown phytogeographical region is 6. In terms of the number of endemic taxa; While Brassicaceae (6 taxa) and Lamiaceae (6 taxa) are the richest families, Salvia is the richest genera with three taxa. According to IUCN Red List of Threatened Categories, 26 taxa are in the Low Risk (LC) (74.2%) and, 9 taxa are in the Near Threatened (NT) (25.7%).
