Summary: Agricultural products that use water effectively due to climate change in recent years have become important. Because the sweet query is more tolerant to curry and high temperature than other products, it is important to know the different water levels of the plant. The study was conducted with the aim of determining the effects of different levels of water on the bio-mass and bioetanol performance in the second product sweet question in the Çukurova conditions. Method and findings: The research, in 2017, in the field of research of the Department of Agricultural Structures and Irrigation of the Ziraat Faculty of the University of Çukurova, was carried out 3 repeatedly, in the random blocks test model. In the trial, different levels of irrigation water (I1, I2, I3, I4) were applied throughout the periods of plant development. In the study, the test subjects were applied hydration water between 479.6 mm and 227.8 mm. The study found that different levels of water had a statistically significant impact on dry material productivity and bioetanol productivity, that dry material productivity varied between 6007.4 kg da-1 and 3661.8 kg da-1, while bioetanol productivity varied between 189 L da-1 and 326 L da-1. The whaling water usage dates (IWUE) were determined between 16.07 kg m-3 and 12.43 kg m-3. Water use randements (WUE) occurred between 10.2 kg m-3 and 9.4 kg m-3. The value of the performance reactor (ky) obtained from the test subjects is determined as 1.17. The study’s importance and effect: The study, where different waters are applied, has the highest efficiency from the subject of full water (I1) and the lowest efficiency from the subject of the subject of the minimum water (I4). The water level has fallen parallelly.
