The understanding and developing conservation measures of multi-layered urban areas is an important phenomenon which conservation issue has been widely focused on it. Like many historical cities in Anatolia, Antakya is a multilayered city with a rich history. The understanding of stratification of the urban fabric of Antakya focuses on the cultural unity of the city from the antiquity to the present-day urban fabric. This study focuses on a modest scale registered traditional house which is located in the historical urban fabric of Antakya. The reflection of layers through the house which is in a residential area since the antiquity has been thoroughly discussed and resolved. In this context, a general description of the structure of the work followed by the introduction and method parts is made and the historical, urban and structural stratification of the house is explained. Finally, the evaluation part of the study is presented.
