Emotional impressions such as facial expressions, body posture, and tone of voice, which are not expected and described by them, are defined as emotional labor. Perceived manager support is that the managers, who are the representatives of the organization in the eyes of the employee, feel that they are with them both in business and emotional terms. There are positive changes in the motivations, performances, organizational commitment level, organizational citizenship behavior, and emotional labor performance levels of employees who are supported by their managers. Employees' emotional labor performance such as health, service and education are high. The fact that it has been examined relatively less than the other sector, in this case, the emotional labor performances of education workers and the manager support relationship are discussed. Send the sample of this research as the contents of the foundation universities in Istanbul. Quantitative methods are examined in the study, 241 people participated in the study. As a result of the analysis, there is a positive relationship between perceived manager support and emotional labor and in-depth action, which is one of the dimensions of emotional labor. In addition, the regression analysis concluded that perceived manager support positively affected emotional labor.
