Bu çalışma “öğretmenlerin örgütsel destek algısı, sosyal sorumluluk temelli liderlik ve pozitif psikolojik sermayeleri arasındaki ilişkinin” saptanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, tesadüfi örneklem yöntemiyle seçilen 335 öğretmendir. Veriler, algılanan örgütsel destek, pozitif psikolojik sermaye ve sosyal sorumluluk temelli liderlik ölçekleri kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, korelasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin algılanan örgütsel destek düzeylerinin orta düzeyde olduğu, pozitif psikolojik sermaye düzeylerinin ve sosyal sorumluluk temelli liderlik düzeylerinin çok yüksek düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, bu üç değişken arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır.
This study was conducted with the aim of “defining the relationship between teachers’ organizational support perception, social responsibility-based leadership and positive psychological capital.” The sample of the study is 335 teachers selected by the random sample method. The data was collected using organizational support, positive psychological capital and social responsibility-based leadership scales. In the analysis of the data, arithmetic average, standard deviation, correlation analyses were made. According to the results of the analysis, the organizational support levels perceived by teachers were medium, the positive psychological capital levels and the social responsibility-based leadership levels were very high. There is also a positive and meaningful relationship between these three variables.
