So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Emotional Intelligence Relationship with Introductive Education: No More Investigation on Killers
2018
Author:
Abstract:

This study was aimed at studying the relationship between participants’ emotional intelligence levels and entrepreneurial trends and determining the impact of the variables that make up the emotional intelligence phenomenon on the variables that make up the entrepreneurial trend. The sample of the study consists of a total of 95 participants eligible to receive education within the DEGA (September University Entrepreneurship Academy) in the 2016-2017 educational year. The study found that emotional intelligence dimensions have no statistically meaningful relationship between stress management and entrepreneurial tendency dimensions and personal norm; that emotional intelligence dimensions have a statistically meaningful relationship between all other dimensions (personal awareness, interpersonal relationships, conditions and environmental adaptation and general mood) and all other dimensions of entrepreneurial tendency (behavioral attitude and default behavioral control). In addition, when the results of the regression analysis were studied, the achievement of the R2 value for the model was 19.1%, and the changes in the entrepreneurial tendency in general were 19.1%, determined by the level of emotional intelligence of individuals. In other words, 80.9% of the changes in the entrepreneurial tendency are dependent on variables outside the dimensions of emotional intelligence.

The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Entrepreneurial Orientation: A Research On Dega Participants
2018
Author:
Abstract:

Abstract This research is conducted to examine the relationship between participants' emotional intelligence levels and entrepreneurial orientations/tendencies and to determine the effect of the variables that constitute emotional intelligence on the variables that make up the entrepreneurial orientation. The sample of the study consists of 95 participants who are entitled to receive training in DEGA (Dokuz Eylül University Entrepreneurship Academy) in 2016-2017 academic year. As a result of the research, it is found out that there is no statistically significant relationship between only the stress management dimension of emotional intelligence and only personel norm dimension of entrepreneurial orientation dimensions; all the other dimensions of the emotional intelligence scale (personal awareness, interpersonal relations, adaptation to conditions and environment and general emotional state) and entrepreneurial orientation scale has a statistically significant relationship with all other dimensions (attitude toward behavior and control of assumed behavior). In addition, when the results of regression analysis are examined, the fact that the R2 value of the model is obtained as 19.1%, stated that 19,1% of the changes in entrepreneurial orientation in general is determined by the emotional intelligence levels of the individuals. In other words, 80.9% of the changes in entrepreneurial orientations are dependent on variables outside of emotional intelligence dimensions
