Türk Müziği saz icracılığının önde gelen isimlerinden biri olan Tanbûri Cemil Bey, gerek bestekarlığıyla gerek taksim icralarıyla Türk Müziğine önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur. Hem kendi döneminde hem de kendinden sonraki dönemlerde bir ekol haline gelmiş, özellikle taksimleri teknik ve makamsal açıdan herkesi etkilemiştir. Bu araştırma, Tanbûri Cemil Bey’in Pesendide makamındaki klasik kemençe taksim icrasının günümüzde kullanılan Arel nazariyatı ile arasındaki benzerlik ve farklılıkları ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Arşiv taraması ile pesendide taksim icrasına ulaşılmış ve notaya alınmıştır. Ardından makamsal seyir bakımından incelenmiştir. Pesendide makamına ait bilgiler Arel’in Türk Musikisi Nazariyatı Dersleri adlı kitabından alınmış ve Tanbûri Cemil Bey’in taksimi ile karşılaştırmalı analizi yapılmıştır. Bunun sonucunda Arel’in Pesendide makamı tanımı ile Tanbûri Cemil Bey’in taksim icrası arasında benzerlik ve farklılıkların olduğu görülmüş ve yapılan karşılaştırmalar sonucunda bu benzerlik ve farklılıklara yer verilmiştir.
Tanbûri Cemil Mr, one of the leading names of the Turkish music executive, has made significant contributions to Turkish music with its composition and taxis. This research has been done to reveal the similarities and differences between the classical cement taxi execution in the office of Tanbûri Cemil Mr. Pesendide and the Arel Nazariyat, which is used today. The archive scan has been reached and taken into note on the tax executive. It was then examined in terms of authority. The information of his authority was taken from Arel's Turkish Music Nazariyatı lessons and comparative analysis with Tanbûri Cemil Mr. was made. As a result, there were similarities and differences between Arel's definition of the office in Pesendide and Tanbûri Cemil's tax execution, and comparisons resulted in these similarities and differences.

He has become an ecole both in his own period and in the periods after his own, especially his improvization impressed everyone in terms of technical and maqam. This research was made in order to reveal the similarities and differences between the classical kemanche improvization performance in the Pesendide makam of Tanbûri Cemil Bey and the Arel theory used nowadays.The Improvization performance has been reached with archive scanning and noteted. Then it was examined in terms of maqam pattern.Information about the Pesendide maqam is taken from Arel's Turkish Music Theory Lessons and comparative analysis is done with Tanbûri Cemil Bey’s improvization. As a result, it was seen there were similarities and differences between Arel’s definition of Pesendide maqam and Tanbûri Cemil Bey’s improvization performance and as a result of comparisons these similarities and differences are included.
