Abstract:

The general purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between teachers' teaching professional ethics perceptions and organizational citizenship behaviors. The examples of the study consist of 311 teachers working in the schools in Tunceli province in the 2020-2021 educational year.  In the study, from the types of general scanning models, a correlational (relational) scanning model was used. As the data obtained provides normal distribution assumptions, it has been studied by performing t-test, one-way variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis. According to the findings obtained from the research, it was found that the EMA perceptions and the kindness sub-dimensional points of the OVD were "very high". The total score of the OVD, the difference, the conscience, the centilmeness and the subdimensions of civil virtue are determined to be "high". According to the Pearson correlation analysis, there are meaningful relationships in the positive direction between the OEM perceptions and the total OVD score and all the subdimensions. As a result of multiple regression analysis, it can be said that teachers significantly undermined the perceptions of professional ethics of the OVDs (divergence, gentlemanity kindness and subdimensions of civil virtue). It has also been concluded that the OVD level reveals about 35% of the total change in the OME perception. With these results, it can be interpreted as the role of the OVD in the teachers' perception of the OME.
