Bu çalışmada, odunun emprenye edilebilirliğini etkileyen faktörler bulanık analitik hiyerarşi prosesi (BAHP) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda sadece suda çözünen emprenye maddeleri ile basınçlı/vakumlu emprenye tekniği ele alınmıştır. Bunun için öncelikle analitik hiyerarşi prosesi oluşturulmuştur ve proseste belirtilen kriterlerin ikili karşılaştırmalarının olduğu bir anket hazırlanmıştır. Anket soruları alanında uzman kişiler tarafından cevaplandırılmıştır. Verilen cevaplar, bulanık sayılara çevrilmiş ve tutarlılık analizi yapılmıştır. Uzmanlardan alınan cevaplarla hazırlanan sonuç matrislerinin tutarlı olduğu belirlendikten sonra, tüm cevaplar Buckley yöntemine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Tüm ana ve alt kriterlerin bulanık ve normalize edilmiş ağırlıkları hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca tüm alt kriterlerin göreceli reel değerleri ile dengelenmiş ve normalize edilmiş ağırlıkları hesaplanmıştır. Çalışma sonunda ana kriterler arasında yer alan odunun anatomik özellikleri ve emprenye işlemi şartlarının odunun emprenye edilebilirliğini etkileyen başlıca faktörler olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bulunan önem derecelerinin genel olduğu, her emprenye işlemi için değişkenlik gösterebileceği bununla birlikte BAHP metodunun orman endüstri mühendislik disiplininde birçok alana uygulanabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
In this study, the factors affecting the proneability of wood have been evaluated by the foolish analytical hierarchy process (BAHP). In this scope, only water-solved emission materials and pressure/vacuum emission techniques are addressed. For this first, an analytical hierarchy process was created and a survey was prepared with a bilateral comparison of the criteria specified in the process. Questions were answered by experts in the field. The answers were converted into foolish numbers and the consistency analysis was made. After the results matrix prepared with the answers received from the experts were determined to be consistent, all answers were evaluated according to the Buckley method. The foolish and normalized weights of all the main and under criteria are calculated. The balanced and normalized weights are also calculated with the relative real values of all subcriteria. At the end of the study, the main criteria include the anatomical characteristics of the wood and the conditions of the process of emission that are the main factors affecting the emissionability of the wood. The found importance degrees are general and can be varied for each process of emission; however, the conclusion is that the BAHP method can be applied to many areas in the forest industry engineering discipline.
In this study, the factors affecting the impregnability of wood were evaluated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). In this context, only water-soluble impregnates and pressurized/ vacuum impregnation technique were discussed. First of all, an analytic hierarchy process has been established and a questionnaire has been prepared with double comparisons of the criteria mentioned in the process. The questionnaire questions were answered by experts in the field. The answers were translated into fuzzy numbers and consistency analysis was performed. After the results were determined to be consistent with the results obtained from the experts, all responses were evaluated according to Buckley method. Fuzzy and normalized weights of all major and sub-criteria were calculated. In addition, all sub-criteria were balanced and their normalized weights were calculated with the relative real values. At the end of the study, the anatomical properties of the wood and the conditions of impregnation were found to be factors the most affecting the impregnability of wood among the main criteria. The significance levels found are general and may vary for each impregnation process; however, it has been concluded that the BAHP method can be applied to many areas in the forest industrial engineering discipline.
