Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, işveren markasının örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel özdeşleşmenin aracılık rolünün Sosyal Kimlik Kuramı bağlamında araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmanın verileri, İstanbul il sınırları içerisinde hizmet sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerde çalışan toplam 300 beyaz yakalı işgörenden anket tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler neticesinde işveren markasının, örgütsel bağlılığı ve örgütsel özdeşleşmeyi pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Örgütsel özdeşleşmenin de örgütel bağlılığı pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusu elde edilmiştir. Aracılık analizi neticesinde ise örgütsel özdeşleşmenin, işveren markası ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediation role of organizational identity in the influence of the employer’s brand on organizational commitment in the context of the Social Identity Theory. The data of the research was collected by an survey technique from a total of 300 white-caped employers working in the services sector within the border of Istanbul. The analysis found that the employer’s brand has a significant impact on organizational commitment and organizational identity in a positive direction. It has also been found that organizational identity has a significant impact on the organizational commitment in a positive direction. According to the mediation analysis, organizational identification has been found to be a partial mediation role in the relationship between the employer’s brand and the organizational commitment.
