The aim of this study is to develop a scale which measures the medical faculty students' attitudes towards the medical biochemistry lesson. An item pool which consists 51 items was created. After a careful examination 34 of them were estimated as draft scale.The draft scale was conducted with 161 medical faculty students in Gaziosmanpaşa University during 2014-2015 academic year. 14 items were decided to be excluded, and three dimensions were determined. Out of 20 items in the final form, 9 items were in "Importance", 7 items were in "Interest", and 4 items were in "Satisfaction" dimensions. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient of the scale was estimated to be 0.909. These findings show that the scaled developed is a reliable tool to determine the medical faculty students' attitudes regarding the medical biochemistry lesson.The aim of this study is to develop a scale which measures the medical faculty students' attitudes towards the medical biochemistry lesson.
