In this study, effects of adding pomza and tufa to rations, to benefit from feed on quails, live weight gain, egg production and some carcass characteristics and effects on digestive organs were investigated. This study consisted of five groups, one of which was the control group. This study was carried out in the basic rations prepared according to physiological periods as 1.5% and 3% participation of pumice and tufa. The live weight weights of the quails were made individually on a weekly basis. Feed consumption was determined weekly at groups. Dead animals recorded daily. In the 8th week of the study, internal and external quality characteristics of the eggs obtained from the quail groups were determined. At the end of the study, carcass characteristics were determined in each sub-group of quails. The animals were fed with basic rations for eight weeks and the experiment was completed at the end of the eighth week. At the end of the study, it was observed that the use of pumice and tufa in the quail rations had no negative effect on live weight gain and benefiting from feed. It was determined that using 3% pumice in the distance increased the egg weight, 1.5% and 3% tufa decreased egg weight (p <0.05). In this study, there was no negative effect on the carcass characteristics of pumice and tufa use in quail rations (p <0,05).
