Giriş: Bu araştırmanın amacı farklı birimlerde ve sektörlerde çalışan pratisyen hekimlerin akılcı ilaç kullanımı (AİK) konusunda tutumları ve reçete yazımında etkili olan faktörlerin saptanmasıdır. Yöntem: Çalışma Malatya il merkezinde aile sağlığı merkezleri ve hastanelerde çalışan hekimler ile yüz yüze görüşülerek yapılmıştır. Anket formları 132 hekim tarafından doldurulmuştur. Ankette sosyo-demografik özellikler, hekimlerin AİK ve reçete yazmasını etkileyen faktörleri belirlemeyi amaçlayan 12 soru sorulmuştur. Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan pratisyen hekimlerin % 66,7'si 10 yıl ve üzerinde mesleki tecrübeye sahipti. Hekimlereçok reçete ettikleri ilaçlar sorulduğunda; %89,4’ü ağrı kesici ve türevlerini, %8,3 antibiyotik gruplarını reçete ettiklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Hekimlerin yarısından fazlası mezuniyet sonrası okuma ve ilaç firma tanıtımlarının reçete yazımını şekillendirdiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Sonuç: Hekimlerin ilaç yazımlarının, ilaç firma tanıtımlarından etkilediği ve ilaç seçiminde akılcı ilaç kriterlerinin hepsine aynı önemde dikkat edilmediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Introduction: The purpose of this research is to identify the attitudes of practitioners working in different units and sectors to the reasonable use of medications and the factors that are effective in prescription writing. Method: The study was carried out by face-to-face consultations with doctors working in family health centers and hospitals in the center of the province of Malatya. The survey forms were filled by 132 doctors. The survey asked 12 questions aimed at determining the socio-demographic characteristics, the factors that influence the doctor's ICD and the prescription. Results: 66.7% of the practitioners who participated in the study had 10 years or more of professional experience. When the doctors were asked about the drugs they prescribed; 89.4 percent said they prescribed their pain relievers and derivatives, and 8.3 percent said they prescribed their antibiotic groups. More than half of doctors said that post-graduate reading and pharmaceutical company promotions form the prescription writing. The conclusion is that doctors' prescriptions are influenced by the advertisements of the pharmaceutical company and that the reasonable criteria of the drug in the selection of the drug are not all taken into account in the same importance.
