So many results that aren't mine?

Money lending on interest except to the extent under the control of the public authorities usually causes people to get into economic distress, to confront vicious circles of debt and ultimately to be unable to pay back the debt. This is why money lending except to the extent under the control of the public authorities is prohibited and prescribed as a crime by Turkish Criminal Code.However there are improper judicial practices in respect to the commission of criminal usury. This essay will contribute to the prevention of these improper practices
