Abstract:

Aliya Izzetbegovich is an important political leader who dedicated his life to the freedom of his people. Izzetbegovich has produced original thoughts on the question of how people can live together in a geography that is highlighted by its differences. His thoughts and actions have directed the national future of the Bosnians, who were unable to obtain freedom because of the communist and fascist ideologies in ancient Yugoslavia, facing war and genocide. Izzetbegovich tried to reflect the world of thought he built on a sincere belief and good actions in his political life. The political understanding of Izzetbegovich emerged within the framework of the Islamic moral understanding. Izzetbegovich, who did not see Islam as just a belief, wanted Islam to exist in all areas of life. He made it possible for his people to live as an independent nation according to his political perspective based on Islamic faith. The independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina has formed a strong political model for the independence of other repressed nations. However, Izzetbegovich believed that morality is an important value that distinguishes man from animal and gives man personality. The important distinction between man and animal comes from having moral and moral will. Izzetbegovich, who believes that freedom is a priority for morality, said that totalitarian governments have disvalided mankind. He made it possible for the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina to gain independence by fighting with its people for freedom, equality, justice and democracy against the oppressive totalitarian governments which do not recognize any rights to the individual and society. The political conception of Izzetbegovich is a significant alternative to today’s totalitarian, imperialist, opportunist and pragmatic political conceptions.
