Bu çalışma Türkiye Hentbol Federasyonu 2018-2019 erkek 1. Lig Hentbol sezonunda hentbol oynayan sporcuların, takım antrenörlerinin karizmatik liderlik algılarının takım bütünlüğüne etkisinin bazı değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. 2018-2019 erkek 1. Lig hentbol sezonunda mücadele eden 13 takımda görev yapan 112 sporcu örneklem grubunu oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında kullanılmak üzere Karizmatik Liderlik ve Grup Bütünlüğü Ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla verilerinin analizinde, ortalama, standart sapma, frekans/yüzde, normal dağılım testi, (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test), gibi betimsel istatistiklerin yanında, ikili karşılaştırmalarda t-testi (Mann-Withney U test), çoklu karşılaştırmalarda varyans analizi (Kruskal Wallis-H test) yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda; sporcuların eğitim durumu değişkenine göre etkili konuşma becerisi (U=949.500, p<0.05) ve grubun sosyal çekiciliği (U=834.000, p<0.05), yaş değişkeni ile kişiselleştirilmiş ilgi χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.109, p<0.05) ve grubun görevde bütünleşmesi χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.686, p<0.05, spor yaşı değişkeni ile sıradışı görünüş χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 7.812, p<0.05), değerlerine sahip çıkma χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 9.551, p<0.05), grubun sosyal bütünleşmesi χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.319, p<0.05) ve grubun görevde bütünleşmesi χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 13.177, p<0.05) alt boyutları arasında, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiş, diğer alt boyutlar arasında, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmemiştir.
This study is made by the Hentbol Federation of Turkey 2018-2019 men 1. Athletes playing hentai in the League Hentbol season are prepared to study the impact of the charismatic leadership perceptions of the team coaches on the integrity of the team in terms of some variables. 2018 to 2019 men 1. The team has formed a sample group of 112 athletes working in the 13 teams fighting in the match season. The Charismatic Leadership and Group Integrity Measures have been used for data collection. For the purpose of testing the hypotheses of the study, the analysis of the data, in addition to visual statistics such as average, standard deviation, frequency/percentage, normal distribution test, (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test), the t-test (Mann-Withney U test), the variance analysis in multiple comparisons (Kruskal Wallis-H test) was carried out. According to the analysis; the athletes' ability to speak effectively (U=949.500, p<0.05) and the group's social attraction (U=834.000, p<0.05), the age variable and personalized interest χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.109, p<0.05) and the group's integration in the task χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.686, p<0.05, sports age variable and unusual appearance χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 7.812, p<0.05), the values of possession of χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 9.551, p<0. 05), the social integration of the group χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.319, p<0.05) and the integration of the group in the task χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 13.177, p<0.05) between the subdimensions, statistically significant differences have been detected, and statistically significant differences have not been detected between the other subdimensions.
This study was designed to analyze the effect of charismatic leadership perception of the male handball athletes, who play in the 1st league of Turkish Handball Federation in 2018-2019 season, about their team coaches on tem unity in terms of certain variables. 112 athletes taking part in 13 teams competing in 2018-2019 male 1st league handball season form the sample group. In order to collect data, Charismatic Leadership and Group Unity Scales were used. In the analysis of data; descriptive statistics such as mean value, standard deviation, frequency/percentage, normal distribution test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test) were used along with t-test (Mann-Withney U test) for dual comparisons and variance analysis (Kruskal Wallis-H test) for multiple comparisons to test the hypotheses of the study. As a result of analysis, a statistically significant difference was found between effective speech skill (U=949.500, p<0.05) and social attractiveness of the group (U=834.000, p<0.05) subscales in terms of educational status variable of the athletes. Also a statistically significant difference was found between personalized interest χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.109, p<0.05) and group unity in task χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.686, p<0.05) subscales in terms of age variable. A statistically significant difference was found between extraordinary appearance χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 7.812, p<0.05), adopting values χ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 9.551, p<0.05), social unity of the groupχ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 8.319, p<0.05) and group unity in taskχ2 (sd=3, n=112) = 13.177, p<0.05) subscales in terms of sports year variable. No statistically significant differences were found between other subscales.
