Bu araştırmada, ergenlerin akran zorbalığı algıları ile öğretmenlerin akran zorbalığına yönelik tutumlarının analiz edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Sakarya’daki merkez ilçelerde bulunan Mesleki Teknik Anadolu Liselerine devam eden 303 ergen ve 150 öğretmenden meydana gelmektedir. Çalışmanın verilerini toplamak için Genel Bilgi Formu’ndan, Akran Zorbalığı Belirleme Ölçeği Ergen Formu’ndan ve Okul Zorbalığına İlişkin Öğretmen Tutumları Ölçeği’nden faydalanılmıştır. Analiz sürecinde betimsel istatistikler, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis Testi ve Spearman Korelasyon analizi gibi istatistiksel yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak ergenlerin cinsiyet, zorbalığa uğramaları, zorbalık yapmaları, akademik başarılarını algılamaları ile akran zorbalığı arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin cinsiyet ve yaşı ile okul zorbalığına ilişkin öğretmen tutumları arasında anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır. “Okul Zorbalığına İlişkin Öğretmen Tutumları Ölçeği”nin önemsemez ve insancıl alt boyutları ile “Akran Zorbalığı Belirleme Ölçeği Ergen Formu”nun fiziksel ve sosyal izolasyon alt boyutları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur.
In this study, it was aimed to analyze adolescents' perceptions of peer bullying and teachers' attitudes towards peer bullying. The study group of the research consists of 303 adolescents and 27 teachers who attend Vocational Technical Anatolian High Schools in Sakarya. General Information Form, Peer Bullying Scale Adolescent Form and Teacher Attitudes towards School Bullying Scale were used as data collection tools in the study. Statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis Test and Spearman Correlation analysis were used in the analysis process. As a result of the research, A significant difference was found between the gender of the adolescents, being bullied at school, bullying at school, perception of academic success and peer bullying. A significant difference was found between the gender and age of teachers and the Teacher Attitudes Towards School Bullying Scale. It was found that there was a statistically significant relationship between the indifferent and humane sub-dimensions of the "Scale of Teacher Attitudes Towards School Bullying" and the physical and social isolation sub-dimensions of the "Peer Bullying Identification Scale Adolescent Form".
