The objective of this study is to identify, provide education and treatment of the percentage of dental fractures, dmf-t and DMF-T indices and oral health conditions of 170 physical disabled children who are ongoing to the school for physical disabled children in the Samsun Center. The work was performed in the sunlight with the help of a mirror and a sonde. The cleansing of the mouth is evaluated on the teeth. The crashes were recorded using dmf-t and DMF-T indices. The study found that obstacles have a statistically significant impact on mouth cleansing. The children with hearing disabilities, orthopedic disabilities, were given bad scores. Children are divided into two groups, 7-11 and over 12 years of age for scan. The average dmf-t and DMF-T indices are calculated as 3,02 for 7-11 years of age and 1,69 for 12 years of age. There was no statistically significant difference between the obstacle types and the dmf-t and DMF-T scores. This epidemiological study, which assessed the level of oral and dental health of children with physical disabilities, found that there was a relationship between the prevalence of malaria and the type of physical disorder.
